My name Osnat Madar

Several years ago, I went through a disc herniation that forced me to slow down, relearn movement, and rebuild my body from the inside out. What started as recovery became deep curiosity and eventually my profession.

Through proper strength training, precise technique, corrective exercise, and supportive nutrition, I restored my movement, rebuilt strength, and learned to trust my body again. That experience shaped the way I train and the way I coach today.

At OsiFit, I specialize in strength training for women who want lasting results built on smart programming and proper movement. My approach is personal, detail oriented, and adapted to how the body functions, especially through midlife and hormonal changes.

I focus on:
